We do not accept exchanges at this time.

  • But you can always make a NEW order and send us back the unused, unwashed, HAIR-FREE, brand new item that you would like to return.  

 

RETURN

Returns/ Refunds Policy and Requirements

  • To be eligible for a return the item(s) need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE. Items need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for refund. 
  • We are not responsible for returning items that do not meet our return policy. 
  • Non-returnable items: On Sale Items, Final Sale Items, Gift Cards.

How to return your items

  • Create a return label by yourself and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Package your brand new, hair-free item(s) and include the packaging slip or your original order receipt that includes your order number.
  • Send the item(s) back to:

  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

    REFUNDS (if applicable)

    • Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. It may take 3-7 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account. 

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, contact your bank/credit card company.
    • If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

    How long does it take to process the return?
    Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed

    How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-7 business days.

    Can I include multiple orders in the same package?
    Yes. Please be sure to include the receipts from each order in the package.
